Outwith is a five-day celebration of creativity and community in Scotland’s newest city.
Across five strands – Art, Film, Music, Theatre, and Writing – it brings high-quality cultural experiences to the ancient capital of Dunfermline.
It is inclusive, affordable, and accessible – with most events just a short distance from each other within the compact city centre. The festival is community-minded and volunteer-led, and strives to celebrate Fife’s cultural heritage, support its economy, and enhance the wellbeing of its citizens.
